Measurements - Areas requiring space planning or specific product selection

Budget - A budget will be presneted for product selections from LR Design Studio. This budget will not include the contractor's labor and material or any holding or carrying costs.

Order Processing

- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors

*LR Design Studio will provide a presentation with all proposed product specifications linked directly to the vendors’ websites for the ease of purchasing. Investors’ project team will then manage the project from purchasing to completion. Requests for products that require the use of a trade account, or for which you would like the assistance of LR Design Studio to process and manage your order, can be fulfilled upon written request. A management fee for such products will be included in the product total price.
